insomnia here too

Used to be much worse though... I used to just take 3 tylenol PM and a "nightcap," but that led to other medical issues :ugh: I think were just stuck with it

Went to the doctor today, they took my blood, and gave me Ambien. Diagnosed me with 'sleep disturbance' or something. I just took a pill and I'm feelin kinda wooooooozy :loco:.
