Default well this bites

So being unemployeed and bored I decided to change the differential fluid tonight.

However, when I checked the instructions (Rons site), I needed a 14mm Allen which I didn't have, so since I had the car on jack stands already I decided to change the tranny fluid.

All went well, I opened the fill plug first, then the drain plug. Then I left the drain plug open and used the new fuild to kind of flush the remaining old fluid out.

Then put the drain plug back in and filled it up.

BTW I found a small pump that fit the redline bottle nearly perfectly at Kragens made by Valvoline. I found it at the differential fluid section

Also I looked though the original life time tranny oil and I saw metal slivers in the fluid!

Okay so that all went well but my car is still on jack stands

I went to remove the car from jack stands and my freaking Sears Craftsman 2.25ton broke! It's leaking fluid when the ram? is pushing down.

Very lucky that the jack didn't die on me while I was jacking up the car.
