cheveron or shell up the street charges like 30 for plug (not sure patch either), damn expensive, rather just do it myself. But it never leaked afterwards, so i guess its all good.

I'm not sure what it is to patch a tire, but you might want to get a new tire anyway, looks pretty bald. :gives:

You're probably better off buying at least two new tires than trying to save that one.

i would just leave it if you're not losing air. i had a nail in my tires for about 1 yr, then it was time to change all 4 tires.
