best way to do it that I have found is go to a party and hang out...talk to a few girls whatev if you meet one that you think is cool just be like "yo can I get your number so we can hang out some time" something along those lines....she will like the fact that you arent tryin to **** her while she is drunk..........I usually find out if a girl tokes and just ask for her number so we can smoke some time.....then we hang out smoke shoot the shit...whatever..that is the best way I have met people

well yes that would be the easiest way to get over her, but its not a great option right now...if she moves out, my other roommate moves out too (don't ask, long story) leaving me/my mom with ~$800 of expenses every month that aren't covered, as well as no TV (downstairs) no couch, no coffee table, no refridgerator, or no washer or dryer. So my house would be mostly empty and I'd have to absorb that cost. Finding two roommates this late in the year would be damn hard, too.

I'm not sure how to help with your problem of meeting girls (although I think chatting them up at parties is probably a good way to get started), but you have to do something about this arrangement with your ex-gf. I know it's not feasible to have her move out, but the set up has got to be made more agreeable than it is now. You have to talk to her and lay down some rules, as in "no dry humping/making out/whatever in common areas". For her to do that is just disrespectful and frankly, quite slutty. And take it from me, as I've been a girl for nearly 25 years now , she *wanted* you to hear her getting it on with the new guy. Heartless bitch.
