Blast up a mountain/canyon run, throw on some hard music. I like to hang out with friends, get out of the house...working out is a great stress relief, or going to hit some golf balls. Sitting inside is only going to make it worse, cause you're just going to start thinking. I've been going through some crap lately too, and it's hard to not think about it. Being with other people will help a lot though. Do what you gotta do to keep busy. I would tell you to find another girl, and that would help...but that's not good advice, cause your mind and heart wont be in it. And like you said, going and finding some random chick to bone down with won't fix anything. The best advice is to look on the bright side. Even though it's hard sometimes, you gotta always look for the best. Everything happens for a reason, and everything will work out fine...one way or another.

Good luck broham.

If you play any sports, especially team sports, get involved in a league or play pickup. Helps you meet people, and it's fun and health all at the same time.

I always go out to the garage and piddle with one of my bikes or my car, it seems to help keep my mind off things. :happysad:

Get in the car, turn on some depressing music and go for a drive. Couple of songs and I realize life could be worse.

I know I'll end up being ok, I just think its hard to get away from my thoughts at times. My fears, doubts and thoughts get the best of me a lot.
