Weight isn't really a goal for me. I could car less what I weigh, as long as I look toned. I go to the gym at least 3times a week, and eat well for the most part.(football season its hard to, and the pats are still playing)

any easy way to lose excess fat is by cutting out your sugar intake...quit drinking all that soda, eating candy crap, and cereals...I was 190 lbs when I moved out of my parents hose...3 or 4 months later i was at 150...Now I'm at 169 :naughty:

I was at 250 last summer. Got down to 210. In November, I stopped working out and started eating, a lot. I dont know how much I've gained, but I want to be 190-200lbs by June 1st. I must be able to pimp it up in Italy/Greece. I started working out 4 days a week again. I've cut out all carbs except whole wheats. I eat plenty of those. No sugar or processed flour. Works great for me.
