I was at 250 last summer. Got down to 210. In November, I stopped working out and started eating, a lot. I dont know how much I've gained, but I want to be 190-200lbs by June 1st. I must be able to pimp it up in Italy/Greece. I started working out 4 days a week again. I've cut out all carbs except whole wheats. I eat plenty of those. No sugar or processed flour. Works great for me.
