Make sure you have a sufficient amount of funds to do it. I am now 5 months without a paycheck, so making ends meet becomes a lot more difficult. Managing a Service Desk team of about 50 people with most of them being in Manila (only 4 in the states). Has it's challenges but it's enjoyable.

Managing a team of data analysts and Salesforce Admin while being a Salesforce Admin (soon to be certified), and a data analyst myself. Also do process improvements and ScrumMaster certified. All my current role skills will probably force me into IT (which is a fuck ton more $$$ and overtime pay).
