no, i'm just mature enough to not make myself wait days and take my business elsewhere because an employee closed the store a few minutes early.

Most all stores around here close early. Not cause they are lazy, cause they have to.

Most retail stores are very strict on the hours you can work. When they say closed at 9 they mean the people are clocking OUT at 9. Meaning they have prep work to do to get things ready for close. I know there's lots of stores that don't allow over time. If your still working at 9pm, and 9pm is your 8 hours, that's it. You don't get an extra 15 mins OT to clean up and lock up. Your clocking out at 9pm.

Yea, they might have skipped out early. Maybe just this once. Maybe they had something they really needed to get to. We don't know.

For the most part, I wouldn't blame them. But coroporate america for being such penny pinchers. Hopefully they will learn to cut it a little closer when they close next time and not leave so early.

Well, autozone sucks, but.... so you do, so I'm at a crossroads.

I think i've spent $15 in the past 5 years anyway, so whatever

Advance Auto = awsome, at least the one near me.

when my window motor died, I rebuilt it.... kinda. I was without a functioning window for.... two monthes, got sick of it, ripped everything apart, cleaned, WD40'd and regreased everything.

I hope it doesn't die for good.

Thanks sweetie. I love you too.

I was going to try and rebuild this, but it's been dying for a while and the window would get stuck. This would be easier and faster. We have a 40% chance of rain tomorrow so I have to get this in tonight.

:hugglez:

yea, mine was doing the same thing, then it just DIED.

took it apart like I said, it had lots of water in it ?

blew all that out, unseized the motor, ran some WD-40 through the gears while it was running (only pluged in, not pushing the window up _ I was holding it in my hand) and then proceeded to take it apart, clean it some more, and used Mobile 1 GREASE on it...

 put it back togeather, runs better than it ever has since i've owned the car.

Also, spray some lithium grease in the window tracks.
