my email to them should tell the story enough:

I have a complaint against this store:

1515 Waters Ave.
Tampa, FL 33604
(813) 936-1000

I drive a 95 Honda and my driver side window motor went out and my window would not close. I called everywhere and the store that could get the part the fastest was AutoZone. I called and was told if I ordered the part tonight, I could have it by tomorrow afternoon. The time was 8:30 pm and I was told the store closed at 9. I said I could be there in 20 minutes and was told to come down. I arrived at the store at 8:53 pm and was informed that the store had just closed. I was told to come down and I made it before the scheduled time for the store to close, yet the employees working decided to pull an early night. Now I'm stuck at least an extra day with a window that will not go back up. It might be longer because instead of going back to AutoZone to get my part, I'm going to go somewhere else and gladly wait longer as I will no doubtedly recieve better service. I recommend someone should inform your stores they should not close until their scheduled time to do so because they just lost my business.

So because he closed a whopping 7 minutes early according to your clock, the store sucks? Maybe his clock said 9 and he closed it :-/

I was going by both my cell phone and my friends. Cell phones are never off by 8 minutes.

put yourself in the employees shoes. You probably spoke wit the manager since they usually answer the phones, so the peon had no idea u were coming. Than the manager prolly left and never told anyone about it, and they were like "Ok, let's close... Wait, who is this jackass coming 7 min b4 closing time... f him, just tell him we're closed"

"f him, just tell him we're closed" is exactly what happened and is exactly what I complained about. You never close a store until the scheduled time. You obvisouly haven't worked retail ever, have you?

I've worked at pizza slut, and whenever people would call 5 min b4 we close and we just woudn't answer. BTW, I wasn't calling u a jackass, I was just saying, that's how the employees were
