quit crying like a bitch adn just go get teh shit and fix your fucking car
-If you were smart, you would have called the part in.
-If there wasn't any business, why would they keep the store open another seven minutes for a potential walk-in.
-You could have waited one more day for a window part. It's not dire.
-It's no reason to boycott an entire chain.
It's management's "fault."

All of you saying it's the employees' right to close the store early are displaying some pretty piss-poor work ethic.
I've worked retail before so I understand the desire to say, "**** it, let's go" but if you're not willing to work the hours you're supposed to, DON'T work there. Go find a job that lets you get off at 8:53pm or earlier.
About boycotting Autozone over this, I think that's going too far. Complain to their HQ, yes. Boycott, nah. But if you don't ever go back to that same store again, I wouldn't blame you. I'd be pissed too if I drove 20min to go somewhere that should be open just to have to turn right back around.

I'd close early in that part of town too..And I'm sure that's not the only parts store in Tampa..relax, someone got over and you lost out in the process. Kharma will pay you back, somehow..you'll get over and get a break. Relax. That's what you get for doing last minute shopping.

- It's their job. If they don't like retail, they should try fast food.
- In FL with our weather, it is pretty dire.

- I didn't really mean boycott. Like I said, I needed a verb.

I'll get it, but I'm going to Discount, and it'll be a few days before it comes in. I'm glad I got a car cover in the trunk.

so in other words, you're going to wait a few more days and go somewhere else just because they closed early? if it wasn't such a big deal that you could wait a few MORE days then why are you bitching about having to wait until the next morning? get a life.

any mechanical system is bound to go wrong with wear. but for the convienence, it's well worth it
*** next time: ask for the EMPLOYEE'S NAME!!! thats always a must.***
I'm also ashamed of our piss poor work ethics in retail. number of work hours in a week DON'T equate to quality. part time or full time, i've seen many half-assers that don't give a damn about customers and their workmanship. :nono: :slap:
