Can you confirm that?
I can cofirm that they work on my H22 SH and also my friends base model H22 I can try it on my dads hatchback if you want its a 92 CX

So you aren't sure if they will work on a F22?

I can't confirm this cause i don't have an F22 anymore but all the engines use the same size seal its the size of the enter filter that is different if you take a S2K and new size filter and place the seals together they line up so i would assume they would. Also the F and H series blocks are brothers and sisters of eachother so i don't see why not.

When you compared the seal were you comparing a H22 filter with the S2K? Or where you comparing F22 filter with S2K?

I guess I can always go to the dealer and ask them to show me both and compare it myself.

Nope I just kept with the larger filters because of the fact that teh new ones are made by FRAM and after reading the reports about them failing I wanted the best for my H22

This is a very good point!!! It would be interesting to 'dissect' a genuine Honda 'Fram' filter and a regular Fram to see how they compare.
