just becuase your engine hasn't seized doesn't mean you're effectively cleaning your oil, not damaging your engine when compared to a better filter
i used to think Fram > * then I read some technical reviews, now * > Fram

I can put old school RX_7 filters on my civic, 2x the size, more filtering, better flow, still fits. :thumbup:

Honda filters are made by Fram(at least the US made ones are) and they have been for at least a year now. I too have seen first hand what Fram filters can do to an engine when they come apart. I rebuilt a small block Chevy 305 because the filter(Fram) came apart. Since then, I have not used a Fram on anything. If you don't believe in reading, then cut one apart for yourself and see first hand how cheaply/poorly they are made, then cut apart a Wix or K+N filter. You will notice the difference.

and bought some oil filters and I bought 4 of the S2K ones and 1 of hte new little ones for my dads hatchback and it says right on the little one that its made by FRAM YUKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
