Regardless of who did what, she still ended up getting pregnant.
The least he should do is stand up and to the consequences of his actions.
If things happened as said;
He is a sleaze for getting her drunk to take advantage of her and should be dealt a harsh punishment.
However, she should not have accepted the drinks.
Everyone involved should be held accountable for their part.

Seriously though, from the one-sided perspective of how the facts have been shared i'd still say the guy is guilty because he usually is. It might not legally qualify as a rape case, but ethically it was wrong because 1)girl didn't want it because obviously regretted doing it with that ugly schmuck 2)the ugly schmuck didn't cover his ugly penis with a condom

Personally, if a girl is drunk I absolutely will not do anything with her, not even a kiss. Having heard how much my girl-type friends regretted their actions the next day, I will not allow those to happen with me.

filing rape charges on someone because you were ignorant enough to get drunk around strangers, could very well ruin a persons life or mess it up severly

h: I have to agree with some people here, rape or not, everyone has to be responsible for themselves at some point or another, she shouldnt be getting drunk beyond good judgement, and he shouldnt flake out if he didnt use a condom and got some girl pregnant. But if it is indeed rape, this is America, so im sure she could sue him for rape and mental anguish, and emotional trauma, and whiplash, and defimation of character and 823978239 other things and get a bajillion dollaz and that would make everything better. h:

Yes that could ruin a guys life but what evidence would she even have for this case. She would have had to have filed it a long time ago, not now after the evidence is long gone.
