I dont know, none of us really know what actually went on. h: I have to agree with some people here, rape or not, everyone has to be responsible for themselves at some point or another, she shouldnt be getting drunk beyond good judgement, and he shouldnt flake out if he didnt use a condom and got some girl pregnant. But if it is indeed rape, this is America, so im sure she could sue him for rape and mental anguish, and emotional trauma, and whiplash, and defimation of character and 823978239 other things and get a bajillion dollaz and that would make everything better. h:
