Interesting new evidence in the Kobe Bryant Case

I know people sometimes like to think that women "cry rape." Sometimes, yeah...BUT 97% of alleged rapes are proved true. (Interesting tidbit from criminology class)
Also, it is unfortunate that in our country that we always start looking at what the female's sexual histroy is like. It's like people are semi-consciously trying to put the blame on the victim. Like Mr. Fatbooty said: It doesn't f*cking matter if she's a nun or a a cheap, disease-ridden hooker. If she says no, and her partner at the time does not stop what he is doing, that is rape. No exceptions. I think the fact that she is keeping her identity secret says something. Personally, I hope Kobe gets nailed. I hate seeing people with money get away with sh*t just because they have money or fame to back them up.

well who are we to judge, like it was said its he said she said, i wasnt there so i cant even speculate what happended didnt happen...as much as ppl with money get away with things there are people trying to screw ppl with money to get it..

I don't know who's guilty in this case, for right now, only Kobe and the girl know.
