Also, it is unfortunate that in our country that we always start looking at what the female's sexual histroy is like. It's like people are semi-consciously trying to put the blame on the victim. Like Mr. Fatbooty said: It doesn't f*cking matter if she's a nun or a a cheap, disease-ridden hooker. If she says no, and her partner at the time does not stop what he is doing, that is rape. No exceptions. I think the fact that she is keeping her identity secret says something. Personally, I hope Kobe gets nailed. I hate seeing people with money get away with sh*t just because they have money or fame to back them up.
