I'm not saying I want him to be guilty or anything, but the fact that she's a big dumb ho doesn't necessarily provide any new developments in his case.
Putting all the legal maneuvering aside all it comes down to is her word against his. They had sex--she says he made her and he says he didn't.
I wouldn't go that far. Her credibility does have some bearing on the case. Which is why Kobe's defense is desperately trying to prove the nature of her character. It's no different than if an ex con who's scammed people for a living tried to sue a large company for falling in a store, etc..
I don't know who's guilty in this case, for right now, only Kobe and the girl know.
