anything over 8500 is excessively bright...but its so much easier to find stuff over that..for the same price as the lower brightness stuff

On ebay you can find mccullochs *which is a better brand* for 310$ and mecca tune *not so name brand* ones too for 310$

i got mine from a guy 310$ free shipping, if i were you id go with some 7000k's its like idea for everyday driving, and not worrying about cops =)

Why 12000k? Looks pretty stupid IMO...who wants purple headlights? I bet it attracts a lot of popo attention. I bet the visible light output isnt much better than stock either. Mind you Im still jealous cus I really want HIDs, but 12000k was a bad decision IMO.

they are actually pretty decent on the road, you actually have to see it in real life.. as far as the color decision it was all just to match the color of the car.

honestly i wish i would have bought, 5000-7000k's ..i really wasn't thinking when i chose them...and it was all through insurance..so it was tight..lol im not complaining

the higher the color temp, the less light output you get- and the more purple you get.

which is why i am gonna go with 6000. its got the blue bling, but still a considerable amount of light output.
