Where do you see the holes? Are you talking about the 2 holes on the back of the hood? Do I still have to drill 2 small holes for the squirters?
You can't see the holes in the underside pic (I'm guessing because you can't see light coming through with the couch covering it) but on the top side pic of the hood, you can see the holes for the squirters.

I can't see the holes either? Do you think you could point them out?
Now I am trying to deciding which Carbon fiber hood I want. Should I go with hood in the 1st picture or the one in the 2nd picture?
If you want my honest opinion, I'd go for the OEM style hood. Although it might seem great to have some kind of a vented hood, but when it comes down to it, you're gonna not want it the longer you have the hood on the car.
First of all, you have to worry when it rains. The open area is located just above where your header would be and though it won't really affect it, you just never know when it rains hard and you're driving on the freeway (water would get in places where you never thought possible).
Second, your engine bay would get dirty... Quick. If you don't regularly clean your engine bay, then the vented hood is going to make it worst.
I'm seriously thinking of selling my vented CF hood for a regular OEM style CF hood.
