Free tires in Seattle?
I am replacing the tires on my 2000 S2000 this Wednesday, but the old ones (OEM Bridgestone S-02) still seem to have some life left in them.
If you want to pick them up, drop me a PM.
In particular, the rears have only about 18,000 miles on them, even though they're 4 or 5 years old.
One of the front tires has awful tread wear that looks like bad alignment. I couldn't find records on how old those tires are, or how many miles are on them. The other front seems to have some tread life left on it.
In case you're wondering, I just got my annual bonus and decided to buy a brand new set of Bridgestone S-02 tires. But as soon as I looked closer I didn't want to just recycle the old ones. I'm thinking that someone who actually auto-crosses their S2000 might want a free set of tires to burn.
