HAHAHA!
So true...
You pull up to a dealership with a nice car.
You automatically get a better service.
I went to the Acura dealer for whatever reason (before I got BMW X5) in a Van and I got... average service I guess.
But when I pulled up to Acura dealer this year... I got such good service. No hassels, test drive with no hassels, etc.
lol some of those sales people are stupid:fawk:
Not saying anything about those actually really nice dealer people out there.

LONG POST WARNING ::::

i want proof of this, JIC put a type r engine into an rsx-s using the S computer cuz they knew about the octane issue, they only made about 7 hp over stock. when they fed the engine 100 octane, they realized power gains in the double digits. . . .more in line of the power ratings of the type r motor.

THe RSX Type-R they release here will most def be a slightly watered down version of the one they have in japan right now (DC5 ITR)

EG: No Sparco seats, slightly detuned engine (to cope with our sh#tty 91-93 octane), etc. I HIGHLY doubt the salesman knew what he was talking about when he said "no rear seats" lol.

Shingo
recaro seats buddy but you're pretty much right. it will ONLY come over here when rsx-s sales go down. and it probly will be detuned, most likely in the same fasion the dc-2 was.

but honda won't bring over a ****ty type-r. the type r philosophy is something special to honda, and thats why its very rare for a type r to make it to the general market, cuz its too hard for the company to make something the public will accept and they will too. this way of thinking works tho, when was the last time you experienced a crappy type r?!?
