how fast can the prelude be?
I agree everyone's into going straight.Corners rock,I autoX and I totally love it .Now I want to do a "lapping day".I started out doing 1/4 mile and that was okay at first but you can only go so fast in one summer without doing major mods.1/4 mile is all about who has the biggest wallet,if you've got money your car's going to be fast.AutoX is sweet because it's grassroots, anyone can try it for a minimal amount of money and your car doesn't even have to be modded out.
I will say cornering is more fun as well. I could give 2 sh*ts about how fast my 1/4 is or just driving in a straight line. THe Prelude is all about taking it through the twisties and cornering.
If you want fast in a straight line, there are much better cars for that. If you want cornering ability the Prelude is the car.

hehe i'll take a quaife over ATTS anyday. apparently, the ATTS system has a tendency to push sometimes, which becomes kind of annoying...
civics/dc2 vs bb6:
Ludes are solid Auto-X performers but because civics and integras are lighter they generally handle a little better on a course. all depends on your setup and class of course.
