Default Differences between base Lude and Lude SH?

Can someone clue me in on this? A Prelude could be my next car. I just don't know if the "SH" is really worth having.

ok.... the basic differences are.... the SH has 5spoke star rims, the base has 5spoke curved rims, the SH has painted side skirts, base does not, SH comes in only manual, base comes in auto as well, SH has a different shift knob, a stock wing and no third brake light inside the car, the engines are both h22a4... the major difference is that the SH has the ATTS (active torque transfer system) which helps greatly with the steering, youll have to research that more on exactly how it works cause I have a base not SH. The SH will of course be a little more pricey... it depends on what you are going to do with the car.... daily driver/fairy stock both are great cars, the only MAJOR difference is the ATTS on the SH so its not like going from a DX to SI in civics, even the base model is pretty much top of the line w/everything. What else did you wanna know about it?

yea the SH is a little bit heavier because of the ATTS itself. If you plan to do major engine mods and want to race it then the ATTS may just be a dead weight. But the ludes arent the best cars for 1/4 anyways since they are pretty much tanks with the weight of the car/H22. But if you are looking for a daily driver to mod a little bit that will have decent power than either model will be nice.

Also, if you are trying to decide if the SH is worth it over the base, you have to look at what you do. If you arent going to take any turns really fast and wont use the ATTS, then the base model will suffice. The other stuff like rims/painted side skirts you can add onto the base if you REALLY like those over what the base has, its just a matter of if you want the ATTS or not.

Personally, if I were getting one, I'd get the SH. I love the LSD in my car, it helps SO much in the hard corners. I'd guess the ATTS is just as well.

well IMO it just depends on the going price of what you can get each one for, if the SH is A LOT more between the ones you have picked out, then it may not be enough to justify getting it over the base, as you can save the money for some mods for the car, but if you want the ATTS then go for it, thats the only MAJOR difference between the two.

ATTS is not that cool. If I were you I would buy a base model and use the money i saved twards buying LSD which is alot better. But do what you want.
