ok.... the basic differences are.... the SH has 5spoke star rims, the base has 5spoke curved rims, the SH has painted side skirts, base does not, SH comes in only manual, base comes in auto as well, SH has a different shift knob, a stock wing and no third brake light inside the car, the engines are both h22a4... the major difference is that the SH has the ATTS (active torque transfer system) which helps greatly with the steering, youll have to research that more on exactly how it works cause I have a base not SH. The SH will of course be a little more pricey... it depends on what you are going to do with the car.... daily driver/fairy stock both are great cars, the only MAJOR difference is the ATTS on the SH so its not like going from a DX to SI in civics, even the base model is pretty much top of the line w/everything.
