you have a really good tire on there now. is there a reason you dont want to get the S03's again? they are a brilliant tire. the S02's are what come on the S2000 as the stock tire. from what ive heard the S02's have a little bit better dry traction, and the S03 has a little bit better wet traction. if you're looking for a cheaper tire the Kumho Escta Supra 712 is a good tire for the money. Pirelli PZero is decent tire also, however not in the same price range as the Kumho's. Michelin Pilot Sport? Dunlop SP Sport 9000?

what type of tire are you looking for?

performace
treadwear
dry-traction
wet-traction

put those in order of importance...will help choose a tire better suited for your needs

Ditto. I have them on my car currently, and several friends have had them on theirs, and we have all been thrilled. They are an excellent tire, and T/R seems to be having som great prices on them right now. Not to mention, I hear the NTB should be carrying them now.

they have been a great tire, but i was just wondering what everyone else was riding on.

on their website they brag about the tires being good in the rain, but if there is a little puddle, i can feel the care hydroplane. i guess because it's wide... but no matter what tire, you'll probably feel it some.

Just my experience-RE730. Great on the open road at speeds up to 110+ and on the track the same. This is true pretty much both wet and dry. I have the pressure set to 34psi and the car is very responsive. 3000 miles and virtually no wear other than what you expect as normal.

I'm not sure if I would go from S03's to RE730's but for the money the RE730's are real tough to beat. I think they've held up VERY well considering I drive my car to the limits much more then most people I know. The wear is good, the dry handling is superb, and wet handling was pretty good as well.

Two small complaints, I like a quiet ride and the older the tires get the louder they get. I also assume that since they're a summer tire it's why they seem to be unbalanced when real cold, once they warm up they seem to be fine.

PZeros are only 92 bucks at the Rack. Stickiest, most feelsome tire I've tried. And they lasted 35,000 miles.

Hmm...Wouldnt 215/40/17 be more consistant with your rolling diameter, considering if you have a 5g.

Tires i would put my money on:

Bridestone S03 (ultimate wet and excellent Dry)
BFGoodrich KD (ultimate Dry)
Falken Azenis (cant be beat for the value)
Toyo Proxes and Michilen Pilot Sport(expensive) are very good too.

All things considered, i would go with the s-03
