Default 5th gen-- Squeaking steering

Hey guys..let me know if anyone has had this..

I was maneuvering the car in my parents double garage, and I have constant squeaking from the steering wheel..Well maybe not the wheel, but the rack, or whatever else is affected when you turn the wheel. It happens when the car isnt moving as well as driving.

Power steering fluid is full and I havent had any probs. '00 39k..

any thoughts???

I have a 97SH and had this really annoying squeaking coming from the steering column. I have that Honda Care thing so I brought her in and they told me it was the cable reel, this gizmo that sits under the air bag and holds the wires, well they changed it and it wasn't that. The mechanic dug a little deeper and found that this plastic gear in teh combination switch ( the unit that the turn signal and wiper control arms connect to ) was worn, he changed it and silence!!! Just my 2¢
