Finally figured out the problem. Took it to a shop and he datalogged it, and at 6500 rpm the ICM quit sending info to the ecu so it though it was at 0 rpms, that's why my tach went straight down, and so it dropped outa vtec and early revlimited, thanks to everyone who tried to help.

totalimmortal~ Seems its a very common thing here with people demanding a fast correct answer and dont bother to be cordial and nice. Cant really argue with someone when theyre just trying to help haha
