By the thread title, I thought you zapped yourself with an ignition coil... been there, done that. h:

Very nice conversion. I usually don't like eyelids, but that doesn't look half bad.

Wow, that is an inspiration, with those shots of the garage. I'd prefer it without the eyelid too, but it's not bad looking with it either. Too bad I don't have time and money to throw into a project like that. Lucky b@st...

Ha ha, yeah been there done that too. I tested one of my ballasts without a bulb plugged in, and boy did it put out and incredible arc of electricity between the positive and negative points on the connector. Scared the crap out of me. I glad somebody likes the eyelids. I'm not much of an eyelid guy myself, but I love how they replace the vents also. Plus they're made by Azect so they are pretty rare.
