Default 91 Si heater core done at 72K??

Is there a known defect in these cores on the 3 G Lude?? Fawk, I just did an evapoator core, now I think the heater core is done. It is getting hot and losing coolant, but the oil looks fine (no smoke either) and there is no external leak that can be found. Plus, the passenger side carpet is a lil damp. I think I know where the coolant is going...

You said you replaced the evaporator core-make sure the hose on the bottom of that case is going out thru the grommet in the firewall. If you have aleak in the heater-there should be moisture on the bootm of that case too.
