Default Engine hesitation

My '99 base model with a drop-in K&N and a Borla exhaust has developed a slight hesitation when going through the gears in normal driving. It still runs great when I hammer it. The car's only got 33,000 miles on it, so I was going to pull the ECU fuse to reset it, and I assumed that it was under the hood, but I can't find it. Where is it? Also, any thoughts on what could be causing the hesitation? Thanks.
Jim

I pull my clock fuse and that resets mine. I have a 4th G though.

What rpm is the hesitation?

It hesitates mostly going from first to second at around 3,000 rpm.

I had a 90 Acura Integra GS. And it did the same thing. I found that the connections to the ignition module were lose. You might wanna check that.
