New Rims
1) WTF do you want 19" rims on the car again? Is this a trailer-queen-show-car? Because there is NO way you will be able to drive that on anything except super smooth roads, anywhere, EVER. Your sidewall might be 1/2", on pot hole or highway expansion joint and you can kiss your wheel buh bye.
2) Do you know how much 19" rims weigh, especially when chromed? Do you want to get beat in a drag race by an old lady leading a cow? Your 0-60 time will be measured in minutes, especially with an H23.
3) You don't just buy an adapter to change your car from 4 lug to 5 lug. Essentially you buy the entire 5 lug suspension knuckles, bearings, brake rotors and of course wheels.
Save yourself the time the headache, and the heartache: Go with 17's: they'll fill the wheel well fine, they'll weigh and cost less, you'll have sufficient sidewalls that you won't be replacing them regularly, and there are a reasonable number of choices available where you won't have to spend your 2500 doing the 5 lug conversion.

Dunno abou

Dunno about you guys but 19s look pretty good 2 me and on that red prelude ... looks a lil high but u kno how much of a difference a body kit has compared 2 a lip kit. I think it will even out pretty good, like the last pic.I feel good about my decision.

If you want a car that looks good, handles well, is sporty feeling and is reasonable to drive in the real world where gas prices are above $2/gal you buy a 'Lude. My point is a 19" wheel is not light (unless you have $2k per wheel to spend), that much unsprung, rotational mass, along with a taller overall final gear ratio, is a real killer to any performance that car does have.

That's a good thing, because if you wanted a fast car, you should sell the Prelude and get a C4 Corvette, or Rustang. If you want a car to post up next to on Saturday nights (and be original in the process), go get a Hyundai and bling it out, everything else has been done.

haha
Ight i appreciate every1s opinion and every 1 has a point and im not here 2 get mad just 2 hear your opinion. But my car is an automatic which is a main reason im not leaning towards speed. Stricktly wanna do "show" because usually when i go to car shows "in my area", 92-96 Preludes are rarely seen and when they are its mayb 1 or 2 and they don't even look that good. I'm gonna get a different car later in lfie and then leave this car strictly for show... mayb that will make at least 1 or 2 ppl feel better lol.
