1) WTF do you want 19" rims on the car again? Is this a trailer-queen-show-car? Because there is NO way you will be able to drive that on anything except super smooth roads, anywhere, EVER. Your sidewall might be 1/2", on pot hole or highway expansion joint and you can kiss your wheel buh bye.
2) Do you know how much 19" rims weigh, especially when chromed? Do you want to get beat in a drag race by an old lady leading a cow? Your 0-60 time will be measured in minutes, especially with an H23.
3) You don't just buy an adapter to change your car from 4 lug to 5 lug. Essentially you buy the entire 5 lug suspension knuckles, bearings, brake rotors and of course wheels.
Save yourself the time the headache, and the heartache: Go with 17's: they'll fill the wheel well fine, they'll weigh and cost less, you'll have sufficient sidewalls that you won't be replacing them regularly, and there are a reasonable number of choices available where you won't have to spend your 2500 doing the 5 lug conversion.
