HEy some under body lights arent rice...

my friend has an 02 accord sedan with the white under body lights.
Looks really nice since he has them tucked underneath the car.
You cant see the tubes just the illumination of the lights.

I can definitely picture a ricey car with the tube sticking out from the side and rear skirts.

 

what constitutes rice is up to the interperatation of the person who is judging the car

any accessory you buy at autozone/pepboys/etc is ricey, and cheap imitation parts off ebay is ricey.

What about my Single windshield wiper blade...
And i know... Oh and i know all my hyper white lights are not rice.. i mean my dome light is hyper white.. Thats gotta be racing.. ???...J/K... Man kill the rice.. Kill Em' all.. and if u are rice.. please seek help..

 

Not everyone wants a fast car, so modding the interior and exterior before performance does not constitute rice, IMO
