What constitutes rice? My opinion: Anything done to make the car look better before a performance upgrade, like getting altezzas before getting an intake and so on.

 

not before.. usually ever.

Rice is shit and does nothing, but look neat.


bright colors, aluminum wings, loud exhaust, big exhaust, graphics.. altezas.. neons...

 

And usually doesnt even look neat...

But dont mistake common crappy street rice with a fully functional road race car.

 

Basically isn't that hard (all show no go) and very el cheapo:

Stock Tailights=Normal,
Altezzas=Rice
Lips air dams (add-ons)=Normal
Body kits, Bumper Kits fiberglass or even CF=Rice
Factory Spolier, Factory style or Mugen Spoilers=Normal
GT Style Aluminum or FG=Rice
Honda Logos=Normal
Graphics any kind=Rice
Factory 15" to 17" Rims=Normal
Spinners, Chrome19"'s=Rice
Factory interior with Nice Stereo=Normal,
"Custom" interior & gigantic subs trunk=Rice

etc.. etc... etc ...., now just to show what i mean, i'm posting 2 pics (please if it's your car let me know because i can remove LOL)
2 Clean Normal cars, and 2 Rices, .. so you can take your own idea LOl

Absolutely. Some of what we consider rice on street vehicles is almost always functional on race cars.

big loud exhausts, large rear poilers, stickers (sponsors) etc.

 

dont say "big loud" exhausts, say cheap exhaust. some top of the line exhausts are "big"
