You'll all be happy to know I have decided to get the Lude (I think...). Thanks PretecSH you are right is was 5th Gen Lude vs. GSR, I have no idea how the ITR got involved. If it was between Lude and ITR I would go with the ITR ('00-'01), but that is more money than I want to spend. My main reasons for deciding on the Lude is more low end torque and nicer and quieter ride (I drive about 50 miles each way to work each day and my 3rd Gen Lude is kind of Loud at 70mph). Thanks guys for all the help hopefully I will be getting my Lude soon, I will keep you all updated! OH and isn't it BRYANT GUMBLE, either way it's still funny???

Remember, that's how Car and driver better get to the real truth about the IntegraXPrelude difference:

PRELUDES ARE THE BEST INTEGRAS EVER MADE

That says averything, Honda did killed Preludes because they where expensive with very low profit (top quality) my Prelude '95 is solid and more germanic that many german cars, is very superior for sure.
Integras are the Best Civics ever made LOL, but i do like Integras too!

lol at the bryant gumble thing.

yes the Prelude will be great for your long daily commute, and you can still safely mod it when you want. (hint: The H22 thinks nitrous is candy, 75 shot all the way to work!)

From what I have read these two cars are pretty even performance wise. The Prelude weighs more, but has more HP and Torque. The thing that I don't understand is I have read 0-60 times for the Prelude from 7.2-7.7, Motor Trend had 7.2, but Road and Track had 7.7 and for the GSR 7.1-7.2. Does anyone have an accurate time for a stock 5spd Prelude and GSR. I would prefer the Prelude because I own a 3rd Gen now and love it, plus I don't see very many around where I live, but if the GSR is faster I would rather go with that. If the Prelude 0-60 time is 7.7 and the GSR 7.1 how can they have pretty equal 1/4 mile times (from what I have read) shouldn't the GSR have a better time? Please help me decide what I should buy. Thanks for any Help!!!
go in the integra form and Ill bet they will all say GSR, decide for yourself. It is were me..oo that would be a tough one, I would say........GSR
