I'm looking for the settings you guys have for cam gear settings on H22/H23 for inlet and exhaust timing.

What sort of gains have you found?
Did you find more power on the exhaust cam?

Reason for asking- I'm getting an SiR-T Accord with the F20B engine and it's basically a destroked H22
