Default DOHC adjustable cam gear settings

I'm looking for the settings you guys have for cam gear settings for inlet and exhaust timing.

What sort of gains have you found?
Did you find more power on the exhaust cam?

Cheers

if you have an H22 under the hood this question is better suited to the prelude forum. honeslty you need to strap that sucker on the dyno, because every motor/mods done to it are different. one thing that may work for me, may not be ideal for you. honestly you pay like $200 for a set of cam gears plus they are bitch to install while the motor is in the car, you may as well do it right and dyno tune them.

No, I don't have DOHC yet but I will have very soon in the form of the F20B. Just trying to gauge the performance gain out of them thats all.

^an f20b, there's not much talk about those around here. try the DOHC/H22 forum on board.hondasociety.com there are some people there that know about the f20b and one person has one themselves. as pertaining to the H22 unless you are planning on lots of motor work, not just bolt-ons, then they are really not worth it.

Thanks for the info.

I'm getting myself an SiR-T Accord imported soon so I'm trying to get as much info as I can on the F20b and how well it takes to mods.
