Yeah i am still in the process of tryin to get my money back. The police are not doin a very good job but i will not stop until i get my money back. I am glad u are happy with the condition of the lights and intake, I did not include the prelude resonator but if u would like it let me know.

Hey Cord, really unfortunate situation. Try filing a case a www.fraud.org. I've been dealin with some internet madness myself as of late. They might be able to help you out.

 

I would suggest you call the police to resolve the case, I think they will pay attention it. As internet trading is getting popular these days, police would take this case seriously.

 

blackflag motorsport is now complete bull****. before they were still answering phone calls, now, it seems they no longer exist, have been trying to call the shop for 2 weeks, no one ever answer the phone, and many times, someone will pickup, and hang it up, when i tried to call back, the line the busy.

 

CrazeD My stepfather and I are going to try and get the FBI involved. Keep me updated and if anyone can ride by the shop please do we need to put these mother****ers out of business for good. I think they also need to go to jail.

if u sent the money order via the postal system, goto your local post office and file a complaint with the postmaster. thats when **** will start to get big

 

i filed a police report with my local police, i contacted the san diego county district attorney office, the police report is now filed with them and the SDPD.

i called the Better business bearu.

i tried all the links you guys provided above. i also filed a mail fraud complaint at us postal...

hopefully one of those will do something about it.

The BBB can't do anything legally and you can't use what they do to help you out. The only role that the BBB plays is that they record incidents of bad business. They do this so that consumers can call and ask about a specific business and the BBB will provide the information that they have about them.

I've used them before and IMO, they suck.

just wanted to put my two cents in cause i had to deal with this place also. ordered some GC's from them and it took them forever. had to constantly email and call just to find out that all the time it was sitting at the shipping place and then they say they would send them out the next day, but didnt get to it till like a week later. was finally contemplating going down to SD but they came the next day. in total, the wait was near 2 months. horrible experience... maybe me more afraid and cautious to order stuff now. but then mister jung got me my hid's really fast so that was a confidence booster =)

 

Just to let everyone on the board know, we are not in Chula Visa. We are in Central San Diego near SDSU. Tom seems to forget that when he first purchase his kit it was a group buy. There was a problem where I was gone for a couple of months and unfortunately toms kit was not shipped out yet. I do have a business partner who should of shipped the kit but didn't due to financial reasons. This whole deal was screwed up and there isnt an excuse for what happend and when I got back and tried to contact tom he went on about how he was getting the police involved and how he was gonna put us all in jail. I understand his frustration as customer but he said he wanted to get the police involved so I am going to let him dowhat he has to do. He has my cell and shop number and as not called me since I got back. I spoke with him through e-mail and that was it. Tom if you want to call me at the shop or on my cell please feel free to do so.
