if you have gone and filed a report/complaint then i want a officers namer, number, and case/report number, and the department , it wouldnt matter if i diputed it or not , either way it would go to court , i want all of that information , otherwise like you were told before lance , you wont recieve ANY money bc your stuff was signed for.

his phone got jacked so he's using someone elses for the time being, his phone will be back up in a little bit.

Spoke to Eric last night and am looking forward to a refund next Wednesday. I hope all goes well and will be glad to have this problem
over with. So far Eric has been polite and kind, I'm just hoping he
will honor his word when it comes to giving me a refund. I will
be asking for a certified money order sent overnight with tracking numbers.
I really wish the motor and tranny had come and if my refund does really
arrive I will be able to rebuild my motor locally.

I will never try to purchase a single F----- part on this forum again.
Good luck everyone and lets hope for everyones sake that these problems
get resolved. To lose hard earned money this way is so f--------- uped.

 

It's not this forums fault, it's the individual scammers fault! Every forum on the web has members who have been scammed. Every transaction where you never meet the seller face to face and wire them money without parts already being in hand carries inherent risk. You just have to hope the person you are dealing with has honesty & integrity. If they don't, well...obviously I don't need to tell you what happens next! But, if you have to be in this sport there's hardly any other way to do business, depending on where you live.

 

yea i got your messages, but the problem is i do not know when my refund was sent off or if it even was sent.. there is no way of knowing unless you do what kartman is saying and give us all certified money orders with tracking numbers and etc.... i have not been contacted by eric or anybody else so if someone could give me a call tomarrow i would appreciate it..
