as i said before ........turn him in ,your wasting your time waiting on more stuff that isnt going to turn up.

 

i hope he does yall right it sounds like to me that he is making it out like he is backing his word and continuing to put it off i dunno tho

 

typical scammer. sends 2-3 people their stuff while charging really low prices. and then buttrapes 20+ people...

typical scams:
hi im selling a b16a2 for $1000 shipped. I only have 3.

3 people buys it and they get their stuff.

at the same time 20 other guys are sending him 1000 for the engine..

he profits $20g's and theres nothing you can do about it. cause the law protects the scammers. I know cause i've taken a case to court and wasted soo much money and got NOTHING out of it. the law protects the scammers. you can do nothing to them. as long as they say "im going to pay you" there is nothing you can do. it doesnt matter if he/she isn't going to pay, but as long as they "say it" they're good in the eyes of the justice system.

sorry to hear about ur lost. best thing to do in ur case to to scam some else for ur money back. cause there is nothing they can do to you. unless you're a human being and have something called a conscience.

 

im sorry to hear that happened to you...

but i've had completly different outcomes. i have friends who have filed fraud cases with positive result.... 1 even with jail time. aslong as its above 500 dollars its a mistameanor..... 5000 is a felony... in hawaii anyway.

and it doesnt matter if they say i will pay. it gives them a pay by date.


so thats why im not in a rush to mess up someones life for $1500.... but i have limits
its been 2 months and i can wait a little longer as long as it ends peacefuly.

 

im not messing up anyones life, he's obviously doing it to himself understanding the consiquences and still going through with it. he gets what he diserves.

 

i know i know....

heh..... but.... when a judge goes after someone...... it becomes a lot more devistating.

May I intercede and say if anyone has been scammed via the internet to file a complaint with the FBI or the USPS if you mailed the money.

It’s pointless to fall for the stalling tactics. Nothing will wake these scammers up more than a FBI agent or USPS inspector banging on their door

 

done did it , havent recieved anything yet but i would suggest everyone else to do the same along with their local police department

 

My tranny and motor should be refunded within the next few days, If not,
I'ved been scammed and will follow up with the opportunate channels. Still
giving Eric one more chance to clear himself. Wish me luck.
