That's one of three robots needed to make a TF: Victory combiner. (Braver, Blacker, and Laster) Blacker is the most difficult to get of the 3. I think they were called "Brainmasters" too

There's a $3.30 base price to get ground packages out of IL, then the price goes up slightly as the weight increases. The difference between shipping 1 pack vs 2 packs is a mere $.10.
