I think that's Scarlett.

Lady Jay had shorter brown hair...

I find it amusing that we aren't sure about the GI Joes in the pictures, but I'll bet that one of us can tell who those shilouettes in the first picture with Prime belong to.

If I hadn't been delayed at the post office due to the stupid automated postal mailer thing being down, I was planning on checking out Big Lots to see if they had anything of interest today. :madr:
