timing belt
all drive belts
water pump
clear the CEL (I believe this is an O2 sensor issue)
My tax refund goes away almost instantly.

Doing the t-belt/pump yourself? I'm almost due for that. I'll let it go until 240 or so, I did it the first time at 125. I've been procrastinating on changing my PS pump belt because I have to jack up the engine.
1985 Prelude ~275k miles (just maintenance and wear/tear)
1992 Prelude ~150k miles (just maintenance and wear/tear)
1989 Accord LXi ~175k miles (just maintenance and wear/tear)
1988 CRX HF ~315k miles (just maintenance and wear/tear) - (swapped in Si engine at 310k then sold the car
rotary guys are becoming rarer as they just don't last as long...it's about 30k before a rebuild of the motor is needed as the apex seals just die so quickly...honda 4 cyl engines are just bulletproof for durability and abuse they will take
Kai is a moderator here and works on both rotary and is a Honda Tech - he can vouch for longevity
