Hey Ham, I'm pretty sure you can file a claim with customs for damaged goods. The shipper would have to prepare a statement stating the condition at teh time of shipping, but it may be worth a shot, especially if you paid for insurance?

i figured at $44 total, it's worth the risk of getting a nice dvd set of the entire series + the movie. worst comes to worst, it's not what i expect and i put it back on ebay. i did a little more research, even though i got a response from a buyer confirming this, i wanted to be a little more certain, and all signs point to the right voice actors.
