I bid it up, but it got to the point where I'm better off waiting for the US release.

Not Transformers but, I got this today...actually I bought one last night to keep MISB, and picked this one up to open.



He's pretty cool. Very detailed, 36 points of articulation.

I put him on the display shelf...Cybertron Optimus went over to introduce Iron-Man to the pecking order...words were exchanged...a fight almost broke out...



I have to to remember to keep these two apart.

 

interesting.. why monday night?

 

weekend ebay traffic is dead.
- people are out and about on Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday night TV / sporting events kill eBay traffic also.

- Monday, 10pm est ... that's 1 hour before the east coast evening news, and it gives west coasters enough time to have dinner and sit down infront of a PC. Go past 10pm est, you'll lose 1/3 of the country due to sleep.

 

Because everyone's home on Monday night.

Thursday & Friday nights are bad, because people go out. Saturday, all day people are out and about.

10PM CST is a good time because people are still awake on both coasts.

excellent. i do try to list auctions at times that make sense, but i never gave it too much thought on exactly when. on the same token, i love when auctions end at ridiculous times.. less competition for me.

 

that's how I scored all my G1 sealed insecticons.

the other 3 or 4 came from the same seller ... at 6:15am CST.

 

Are you sure those aren't just real good KO's?

 

:werd: Look at how the styrofoam sits. It's way too high to be an authentic OG. Bombshell also isn't sitting at the right angle in the box either.

 

I didn't even get these from a TF collector ... the person I got them from sells used clothing on eBay out of VA. Also, Insecticons aren't on the known bootleg list.

It might be best that I AFA these to ensure their integrity ... just incase bootleggers duplicate them.
