if i pull the trigger, i will also get the original. what's the point of a 1985 G1 accurate KO, if it's not 1985 G1 accurate?

actually ... this KO is more G1 accurate than the reissues.

- the front wheel pins are identical to the 1985 release
- there are trailer errors identical to the 1985 release

with the reissues
- the front wheel pins are longer
- the trailer sticker errors have been fixed.

Maybe you should get 2, save on shipping.

Yep. And there's 8 (I think) of these out there that we know of? Think about how many people in the world there are and how many of them would want a pristine G1 Optimus Prime. Now picture yourself owning one and being one of the few, the proud.

of the red color, here's what's been sold ... 5 by Trainee, 5 by S-O-C (including monk's)
10 red and 3 black are the known worldwide totals.

anyone see the Star Wars Titanium series?

I'm pretty sure you've gawked at them on the way through the TF section at Wal-Mart and Target. They're $5.99 each and are made of solid metal.
