The only Democrat I would vote for is Leiberman. I would actually like a McCain/Leiberman ticket in '08...moderate on social issues & strong on defense.

 

Yes I would. He doesnt take shit from terrorists and doesnt back down when the public doesnt agree with him, he does what he feels is right, and what is best for this country. And I dont think we will see an attack on our soil as long as he is in office either.

 

I'm honestly an undecided voter. I really listen to what both candidates have to say, then make a decision. Democrat, Republican ... I try to view past the labels and see what kind of a person they are.

Bush was taking a beating during his first run ... terrorist attack on the naval ship in Africa, 9-11, a broken economy due to the .com burst ... much of this wasn't his doing, and I understood that.

When it came time for voting again, I gave it to him. With the situation in Iraq, hunting terrorists in the Philippines and Afghanistan ... changing leaders wouldn't achieve any goals.

If I had to, voting for Bush a 3rd time would take some convincing ... or the guy he's running against is that damn awful.

 

LOL, ok first off, we DID see an attack on our soil while he was president. A fucking big attack.

Second, a president that ignores the public = VERY FUCKING BAD. This is a democracy. We elected him (well, not me), so he listens to us. The fact that he thinks his ideas are above everyone elses is extremely scary.

Third, take shit from terrorists? What the fuck has he done to stop terrorism, besides illegally sending people to military prisions for years at a time without so much as a phone call? No, all he has done is piss them off even more, along with pretty much every one of our allies.

America isn't the fucking ruler of the universe. Get over yourself.

You don't realize that this 'War On Terror' isn't going to end. We have been shitting on the Middle East since WWI, and they are pissed off. They will not stop until we leave them alone. The more we meddle in their affairs, the more terrorism will spread.

:werd: same here, I have nothing but poor decision after poor decision in my opinion from this president. I didnt like his platform 2 terms ago, and big surprise it hasnt changed....at this point I think I would vote for a monkey over him.
