Default imported cars for personal use?

Hi
I am now living in Rutherford NJ I left my 1999 honda prelude in my country and I am thinking of shipping it here to the states do any one now how much customs and taxes and fees I am expecting ? other than the shipping cost.

It is a 1999 Honda prelude with 100k miles on the odometer and the engine is a H22
(a swap because the original was F23 ) it is in great running condition
will it go throw with out changing any thing ? what parts would be changed for us use ? thanks.

You can probably get it registered with very little trouble here.

You need to ensure that it has all the US safety measures and markings for the same year car built for the US market. Not sure what the differences, if any, there are on a Prelude built for Saudi Arabia vs. one built for the US.

I think it may be more trouble than it's worth.
