I don't think that Chevys have been nice since I have been alive.

Pontiacs and Saturns never looked good...Pontiacs tried to be something other than what they were (sporty and different) and Saturns weren't Honda bland, they were ugly.

The Chevy Nova was an instant classic design, with its sweeping lines and beautiful curves. Don't forget that.

I HOPE you're talking about the 1967-74 Nova's, and not the 1985-91's that were rebadged Corollas! But, even at that, those Nova's weren't that much to look at, IMO. The first car I can remember my parents driving was a white '74 with black vinyl interrior. It was o.k., nothing special. In 1975 they turned into bonafide family sedans, so I don't think there was anything so great about it. It wasn't FUGLY, but nowhere near a red 1957 Bell Air convertable with red/white interior and fuel injected 283. Worth somewhere around $60,000 today in mint condition. One thing I will give credit to the big three, NO ONE could beat them in the 1950's and early 1960's. They did make some fantastic vehicles in the day.

What I heard is that the version they sell in Europe is made to higher specs, is that true? If so, thats bs.
